Reusable Laryngoscopes

BritePro™ Max

Bright, white LED light delivers a true visualisation of larynx and tissue structures.

Energy Efficient
LED bulb uses less power from the batteries than conventional halogen or krypton bulbs, reducing frequent battery replacement.

Green System Identification
The green band signifies that BritePro™ Max conforms to EN ISO 7376:2009 and is compatible with all fibre optic blade systems.

IntegraBlade

Wide profile fibre optic bundle provides maximum light transfer.

Rounded Tip
Blade features an atraumatic curved tip which reduces risk of tissue damage.

Fully Autoclavable
100% stainless steel construction of the blade provides long life, ensuring long term usage even after repeated autoclaving.

Reusable Fibre Optic Blades

High grade of fibre-optics provides optimal light transfer without heat, reducing risk of thermal damage and maximising view of the larynx. Made from high quality stainless steel, our blades give clinicians a complete choice for all patient intubation requirements.

Macintosh Blades
Curved design allows the tip to be guided to the epiglottic vallecula for direct visualisation of the glottis whilst holding the tongue to the side for direct vision of intubation.

Miller Blades
The shallow curved tip provides greater control in patients with a larger epiglottis, such as in paediatric patients. Infant and neonatal Miller blades also available with a delivery port to provide supplementary oxygen during laryngoscopy.

Flexible McCoy Type Blades
The Flexible blade has a hinged tip operated by a lever mechanism. This elevates the epiglottis while reducing amount of force required. Shown to improve the view during difficult intubations and in patients wearing cervical collars.

Robertshaw Blades
For neonatal and infant use, Robertshaw blades feature a gentle shallow blade curvature to lift the epiglottis indirectly in a similar way to Macintosh Blades.

Seward Blades
Originally an infant blade for asphyxia neonatorum, also used for paediatric patients.

Wisconsin Blades
For neonatal and infant use for an improved view and greater control of the epiglottis with a subtly wider distal end than a standard Miller Blade.

Reusable Conventional Blades

Blades are high quality stainless steel. The light source provides a high level of illumination and can be easily removed. While the distance from bulb to tip protects from accidental burns. Our speciality blades offer a complete choice for all intubation requirements.

Box Sets & Handles

In addition to the Fibre Optic and Conventional Reusable Laryngoscope Box Sets which are readily available, Flexicare offers a customisation service so clinicians can choose a combination of handles and blades for a bespoke intubation pack. The handles and blades are protected by the outer casing as well as being securely held in place within designated foam inner compartments. Handles can be opened at both ends to remove swollen batteries with ease. For further information please contact us to discuss your requirements.
